Miss Molalla Buckeroo - Alexis Mitchell
Alexis Mitchell is 19 years old and lives in her hometown of Molalla with her mom, Bobbie Lannahan. She comes from a horse oriented family and horses have been the love of her life for as long as she can remember. In 2006 she met her current horse, Sue. He has been her partner and best friend and has also taught her a lot as a rider and a person. Alexis has had the pleasure of being involved with ranch camps, working with children as well as horses and helping find homes for many equines with a local horse rescue organization. She was actively involved in the Willamette Valley Jr. Rodeo for eight years and looks forward to continuing as a volunteer. She is a 2008 graduate of Molalla High school where she took AG classes, helped with FFA and participated in the High School Equestrian Team. She enjoys competing at the Canby Games, local 4D barrel races and other various play days. Her current goal is to continue earning her Associates Degree from Clackamas Community College, where she is currently enrolled. Alexis is excited to be the 2010 Miss Molalla Buckeroo representative so that she has a chance to represent her community and be more actively involved with the Molalla Buckeroo Association.
