You are invited to submit a Proposal to provide stock for the Molalla Buckeroo Junior Rodeo Series as described herein. All Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes or email showing the the name and address of the proposer and addressed to:

1. Questions from Vendors are due by Wednesday, February 1st 2012
2. Bidders Meeting and Responses to Questions will be provided on Friday, February 3rd 2012
3. Final Vendor Proposals must be received by MBA on Wednesday, February 8th 2012 by 4:00 PM
